More Specifications:

 Structure:   RCC framed structure with external and internal walls of red bricks. No
  common wall, Individual walls for all flats and the gap between two flats
  is 10ft.

 Flooring:   Premium quality vitrified tiles flooring in living, dining, kitchen and in all
  bed room, ceramic tiles in toilets, non skid tiles for the balcony and
  common area.

 Doors:   Main door with teakwood frame and shutter with architrave and polished
  on both sides and other with well seasoned wood frames with flush doors.
 
 Windows:   UPVC/ aluminum frames and shutters for all windows.

 Kitchen:  Polished granite platform with stainless steel sink and drain board,
  ceramic tiles dado of 2 feet above granite counter.
 
 Toilets:  Geyser point will be provided. ceramic tiles dado upto 7 feet, EWC and
  chromium plated steel fittings, wash basins provide in toilets.
 
 Electrical:  All electrical wiring is concealed with PVC insulated copper wires with
  modular switches sufficient power outles and light points provided,
  provision for split A/Cs in bedrooms.

 Treatment:  Water proofing treatment for all toilets.

 Telephone:  Telephone points in living room and in one bedroom.

 Television:  Television point in living and one bedroom.

 Generator:   Generator will be provided for all common services.

 Water supply:   Underground and overhead storage tank of suitable capacity bore well
  as an auxiliary water supply.

 Painting:   Exterior emulsion paint for the external walls, interior emulsion for
  internal walls and common area. All MS railing with enamel paint. Two
  coats of putty and POP boarders for bedrooms, hall and dining hall.
 
 Lift:   6 passengers branded lift will be provided.
